Host an event at the Farm!


As opposed to birthday party bookings, patrons may book a space at Landsdale Farm for use all day. We charge a price to book the space for the day as well as charge a minimum number of tickets at a discounted rate depending on the selected space. This option is available for people who wish to host their own event at Landsdale Farm that is not a children’s birthday party.

Events at the farm in brief:

  • $15 per person attending (Children under 2 are always free!)

  • Booking lasts all day

  • Full access to the daily schedule of activities.

  • Stay all day (from 8.30am - till 3:00pm)

  • Minimum booking numbers apply

Workshop

The oldest structure on the farm, this rustic space features lots of natural light plus protection from the elements. It also includes a large refrigerator, microwave and bench top for preparation and staying organised.

$85 plus Minimum Booking: 20 guests

Pavilion

Our most popular venue on the farm, this long vaulted roof pergola is open on all side to the garden. With plenty of table space, barbecue and views of our lush gardens, this is the perfect base of operations for a day of fun and discovery.

Veranda

This modest space is popular in the cooler months, tucked away from the rain and wind it is enclosed on three sides. The perfect party space for kids who want to spend most of their time with animals once the candles are blown out!

$70 plus Minimum Booking: 12 guests

Total cost: $70 plus 12 discounted guest entries $168 = $238

Patio

Available all year round, this area opens onto the garden. This space is open on three side, however the building provides excellent cover from any prevailing winds.

Chinese Elm Tree

This area is only used during warmer months because the shade of the very large tree is cool and refreshing but does not provide cover from wind or rain.

Catering Options

When you plan your event at the farm you are welcome to self cater. If you would like us to cater for you that is certainly an option, or perhaps you just want use to provide a few things like hot coffees and chips. We can work with you to make your event everything you want it to be! Contact us for more details.

We operate a fully gluten free fryer and can always accommodate dietary requirements on request.
