Declan grew up on his grandparents farm, sparking a lifelong love for the land and nature. A qualified tradesman with qualifications in agriculture and farriery, he combines practical knowledge with a strong commitment to animal welfare, sustainability and community engagement. Known for his calm, dependable leadership, Declan is passionate about green skills, inclusion, and helping people develop skills, confidence and a sense of belonging. He's also been known to get surprisingly excited about a healthy compost pile or worm farm.

Kirsty Campbell
Farm Administration Coordinator

A dedicated & experienced Admin Coordinator with a creative background in graphic design and print. She brings many years of industry experience combined with a passion for supporting others and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Committed to promoting community engagement, Kirsty takes pride in delivering reliable support with a kind and thoughtful approach.

Mikayla Goddard
Senior Farmer

Mikayla has always had a passion for animals, nature, and sharing her knowledge with others. Currently completing a degree in Zoology, she combines her studies with hands on experience caring for farm animals. She leads educational programs and delivers engaging learning opportunities for school groups and visitors. Mikayla has hand raised several lambs and goats, making it difficult for her not to become attached to every new arrival. Known around the farm for her enthusiasm for chickens, Mikayla is always happy to share her poultry knowledge and spends plenty of time checking on the chickens and their eggs.

Josh Ambler
Senior Farmer

Josh has maintained a passion for animals since he was little, a deep love that has shaped and affected both his personal and professional life. Animal welfare is always a priority in his eyes, utilising his past animal care qualifications to ensure they're well looked after. Consistently wanting to improve and develop his skills, Josh is training to become a veterinary nurse, eager to apply his knowledge back into the farm. After several years at Landsdale Farm he has gained an understanding in the importance of creating a supportive community with a fun, yet safe work environment.
